Ruben Moreira dit Rubimor (27 juillet 1922 - 21 mai 1984) est un dessinateur de bande dessinée et écrivain portoricain (USA) surtout connu pour son travail sur Tarzan et en tant qu'artiste de DC Comics.
En 1949, il co-crée Roy Raymond chez DC Comics, dont il est le principal dessinateur pour tous les numéros jusqu'en 1961.
En 1959, il crée Rip Hunter avec Jack Miller.
Plus tard, il travaille pour eux sur des titres comme Les Aventures d'Alan Ladd et Wonder Woman. Son travail est également souvent apparu dans House of Mystery et House of Secrets.
