William J. Ely (7 septembre 1913 - 12 novembre 1993) dit Will Ely ou Bill Ely est un dessinateur de comics américain.
Il a beaucoup travaillé pour les titres de DC Comics comme House of Mystery, House of Secrets et Tales of the Unexpected dans les années 50 et 60.
Il a illustré des séries de super-héros telles que Rip Hunter, Time Master et The Atom.
