Ruben Moreira dit Rubimor (27 juillet 1922 - 21 mai 1984) Dessinateur de bande dessinée et écrivain portoricain (USA) surtout connu pour son travail sur Tarzan et en tant qu'artiste de DC Comics.
En 1949, il co-crée Roy Raymond avec Jack Miller chez DC Comics, dont il est le principal dessinateur pour tous les épisodes jusqu'en 1961.
En 1959, il crée Rip Hunter, toujours avec Jack Miller. Son travail est également souvent apparu dans "House of Mystery" et "House of Secrets".
Toujours pour DC, il travaille sur des titres comme The Adventures of Alan Ladd (de 1949 à 1951) et Wonder Woman.
